Nature of the Project

Men’s Residential Facility - Several Upstate Businessmen, mostly in the construction industry, are partnering together to build a men’s dormitory at Faith Home’s main campus in Greenwood, SC.

Doug Harper (Harper Corporation), Bonner York (York Constructors), Neal Workman ( Trehel  Corporation) and Lynn Yeargin (Yeargin Potter Shackleford) in conjunction with Jeff Greenway (Elliott Davis, LLC) are stewarding the construction of this projected $900,000.00 facility, which includes all furnishings and a 3-year endowment for operating costs.

Currently, Faith Home’s Greenwood residential program houses 58 residents and staff.  This new 5,820 square foot dormitory will include 14 residence rooms (28 people), 4 staff rooms (4 people), common areas, and community bathhouse.  Though fundamentally a basic residence hall, this facility will expand the ministry’s capabilities substantially allowing even more individuals to find hope and healing from their oppressions.
