Everything is going well at Faith Home. When
God begins to move, you have to be ready to take
action. So much is taking place that there seems to be
not enough time in the day to accomplish what we should.
The expansion in Abbeville is moving slowly as I see it, but I have to remind myself that in God's time it will be completed.
The Board of Trustees and myself are looking ahead with a 5 year plan to reach the potential that we feel God has for us.
The Abbeville Facility is the first project in these plans. When we complete this,we will be moving on to the next project. There is no stopping point at this time. It is very obvious that Faith Home has out grown the facilities we have now. God says it is time to move on to higher ground.
We are going to need help from you that have a concern for this ministry.Together we will grow, but divided we will fall. I guess you would say that I am challenging you to join with us and be a part of God's work here.
Our plans are to reactivate the Action Committe-and my friends that is what it will be-Action in Motion.
More and more men and women are reaching out for help-and we want to be there for them when they do. We must have more beds available.
It's a challenged to see suffering people come through our doors with that look of defeat in their eyes, and after a week or so we see blessed hope returning.
We lost one of our great spiritual leaders this week. Rev. Hugh Fortson was raptured into heaven October 29th and was buried today October 31st. No longer will he fight for breath and sight. He is now whole. Be praying for the Fortson family.
Christmas is getting close,so mark your calender.

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven,
and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land."
2 Chronicles 7:14
